As Receptionist & Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, and handling enquiries with professionalism and warmth. You will also provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys a mix of reception and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting clients, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Handling phone and email enquiries, managing correspondence with appropriate team members.
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing contracts, managing listings, and updating databases.
Creating run sheets for weekend property inspections and appointments.
Assisting with marketing tasks, including social media updates and promotional materials.
Maintaining office and kitchen supplies and ensure reception and common areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
Processing invoices and handle general office administration duties.
General duties in REST such as rent processing, appointment and database management.
Qualifications and Skills
A current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous.
Experience in reception, administration, or a similar customer-facing role (real estate experience is a plus!).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with REST (desirable)
A proactive and positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
