With a strong commitment to safety, innovation, and workforce development, they are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to join their high-performing team.
As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to support business growth and project demands. You will work closely with HOD's and other managers to identify staffing requirements, source high-caliber candidates, and implement best practices in talent acquisition. Your role will also involve employer branding, workforce planning, and regular monitoring of processes for improvement to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and managing end-to-end recruitment strategies for both blue and white collar positions.
Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
Developing and managing workforce planning solutions.
Implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-level talent in the civil construction industry.
Managing recruitment campaigns, talent pooling, and proactive headhunting efforts.
Overseeing onboarding processes to ensure seamless candidate integration and experience.
Driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
Analysing and providing recruitment metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within civil construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proven ability to source and engage with skilled tradespeople, engineers, and project managers.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a bonus.
