About the Client

We’re working with a globally renowned financial services leader to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). This fantastic opportunity is for a skilled HR generalist with 5+ years' experience, and who is passionate about driving best practices, building strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness. Your focus will be on driving cultural initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring best-practice people management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with leadership teams to develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Providing expert guidance on employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning.

  • Supporting and coaching managers in performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

  • Leading change management and organisational development projects to enhance workplace and business culture.

  • Ensuring HR policies, practices, and compliance align with industry best practices.

  • Championing a high-performance culture by embedding leadership and development programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or People & Culture role.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • An influential personality and the ability to build relationships across all levels.

  • Proven experience in driving culture and engagement strategies.

  • A passion for employee experience and organisational development.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience within financial services or a corporate setting is highly regarded.
