As a Human Resource Manager you will work closely with executive leadership teams to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness. Your focus will be on driving workforce optimisation, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring best-practice people management across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with ELT to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Providing expert guidance on employee engagement, talent development, and workforce optimisation.
Supporting and coaching managers in performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Leading change management and organisational development projects to enhance workplace and business culture.
Ensuring HR policies, practices, and compliance align with industry best practices.
Championing a high-performance culture by embedding leadership and development programs.
Qualifications and Skills
7+ years of experience in a senior HR position.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
An influential personality and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Proven experience in driving engagement strategies and organisational development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
